This site was developed with an IBM-compatible computer, using Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop and GIF Construction Set Professional. All photos were taken by Coast Guard or Coast Guard Auxiliary personnel except as noted; photographer credit is given where appropriate. This website is best viewed at a resolution of 1024 × 768, but is easily viewable at a resolution of 800 × 600. This site has been tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator versions 5 and higher; users with late versions of other browsers such as Opera should expect no significant difficulty so long as layer and table support is enabled.
